Road Maintenance Departments

The primary function of the Road Department is to maintain county-maintained facilities. County facilities are roads and rights-of-ways that have been dedicated to the public and accepted for maintenance by the Board of Commissioners. We are focused on providing efficient and reliable maintenance to the county-maintained road system. Workers maintain more than 1048 miles of paved and unpaved roads within Walton County.
