NOTICE of PUBLIC MEETING – RE: ITN 24-26, Walton County P25 Tower Sites
A Review and Recommendation Committee Meeting will be held at 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, October 29th, 2024, at the Office of Central Purchasing, located at 176 Montgomery Circle, DeFuniak Springs, FL. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and recommend a proposer for the P25 Tower Sites project, which will proceed to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) for further consideration.
In accordance with Section 286.26, Florida Statutes, any physically handicapped person requiring special accommodations to attend this meeting should contact the chairperson or director at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. In accordance with Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, all interested parties are advised that if they intend to appeal any decision made at this meeting with respect to any matter discussed, they will need a record of the proceedings. It is their responsibility to ensure that a verbatim record, including all testimony and evidence, is prepared to support such an appeal.
