District One - Dan Curry 

Dan Curry is married to Mrs. Tammy Curry and has 2 children, Lexy M Curry who is a Kindergarten Teacher and Ryley K Curry who is a director at a local news station, Both Lexy and Ryley graduated from Freeport Highschool, NWFSC and Gulf Coast State College.

Dan Curry, brings over two decades of expertise in supply chain management and logistics leadership to the Walton County Board of County Commissioners, District 1. With a career marked by visionary strategies and exemplary performance, Curry has consistently delivered streamlined operations and outstanding results across various industries.

As an executive in supply chain management and purchasing / procurement, Curry has spearheaded initiatives ranging from the negotiation of agreements worth millions to the implementation of technology solutions, consistently optimizing ROI and managing risk. His extensive industry knowledge spans automotive and industrial manufacturing, consumer goods, government and defense sectors, providing a solid foundation for addressing diverse challenges in county and state governance.

Throughout his career, Curry has excelled in cross-functional collaboration, vendor/client negotiations, and supply chain mapping. He has a proven track record of fostering trust-based leadership and inspiring teams to surpass expectations, evident in his numerous accomplishments in logistics management.

Curry's professional journey includes serving as an Fugitive Extradition Agent for Transcor / CCA ,   Vice President of Purchasing and Operations Manager for Textured Coatings of America, Inc., where he oversaw negotiations and operations for multiple locations. His tenure at Corsicana Bedding saw him achieving significant growth through strategic transportation processes, leading to substantial revenue increases.
